When you submit the contact form, Nkognito Ventures receives the name, email address, business or website, project category, and message you provide. The form only sends this information after you give consent and select “Send enquiry.”
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, understand possible project fit, prepare a scope, and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold or used to build unrelated marketing profiles.
Service providers and links
Nkognito Ventures uses FormSubmit to route contact-form enquiries to its business inbox. FormSubmit, email, and website infrastructure providers may process limited technical or message data as needed to deliver and operate their services. External pages have their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Retention and safeguards
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, legal, or operational purpose. Do not submit or email passwords, payment-card details, student records, licence images, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of enquiry information, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal or business purposes.
